Paramount Residences are luxury homes that offer a blend of elegance, style, and comfort. The residences include penthouses along with one, two and three bedroom options, each designed with a keen attention to detail and a focus on high-end finishes. The interiors of these homes feature spacious living areas with large windows that flood the rooms with natural light, highlighting the sleek lines of the contemporary design.

The goal for our design team was to take advantage of the open floor plans to create a sense of flow and continuity throughout the space, perfect for entertaining or simply relaxing. The client was taken on a tour of our showroom in order to select the most suitable products created by the finest high-end Italian artisans.

From sofas & dining tables to carpet & lighting, all furniture and accessories were uniquely selected to exemplify elegance & satisfy the desired colour palette of cream & whites, embellished with gold finishes.
